COVID-19 Update – How Dulux Paints is responding.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and other stakeholders is the highest priority for Dulux Paints and PPG. We continue to monitor the health of our global workforce and take measures to protect our employees and customers in accordance with regional government regulations. PPG is providing ongoing communications to employees; encouraging continued awareness of general hygiene and social distancing precautions; restricting travel and adjusting operations as appropriate.

1. We are operating stores in accordance with regional government requirements.  In all Canadian Provinces, we have moved to a modified service model where customers can only order via phone or email and pick up at curbside in order to eliminate in-store foot traffic.  Per recent government requirements, Dulux stores in Quebec will be temporarily closed to DIY customers and will only service professional painters and contractors based on the above service model. Click here for more information about our DIY curbside pick-up process in other regions. We strongly encourage all customers to pay via credit or debit, and our stores are equipped to collect payment in this way to minimize contact. 2. We have reduced our hours of operation. All Dulux stores are open until 4 p.m. on weekdays.  All stores are closed on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice. Please call your local store for details.

These measures will significantly increase our ability to practise social distancing and keep you – our valued customers – safe, while delivering the highest levels of service possible.
